Publicatie gebaseerd op de bioscoopfilm LOVE-22-LOVE van Jeroen Kooijmans. Dit boek gaat over liefde en duisternis waarbij het creatieve proces van 33 jaar kunstenaarschap de rode draad vormt. Het verhaal wordt gedestilleerd uit de dagboeken en het beeld-archief van een kunstenaar wat hij sinds 1992 bijhoudt. In 1992 begon ook zijn relatie met Elspeth Diederix, ook kunstenaar en de liefde van zijn leven en zijn licht aan het einde van de tunnel. Het boek gaat ook vooral over de duisternis. Hij heeft namelijk al heel zijn leven last van depressies en psychoses waar hij zich altijd voor geschaamd heeft. In dit verhaal doet hij een dans met zijn demonen en hoopt ook anderen te inspireren om de duisternis te omhelzen.

Publication based on the film LOVE-22-LOVE by Jeroen Kooijmans. This book is about love and darkness, with the creative process of 33 years of his artist practice. The story is distilled from his diaries and his personal archive of images, which he's been keeping since 1992. That same year was the beginning of his relationship with Elspeth Diederix also artist and the love of his life and light at the end of the tunnel. The book is also about darkness. He has suffered from depression and psychosis his whole life, which he has always felt ashamed of. In this story, he dances with his demons and hopes to inspire others to embrace the darkness too.
